If you listen to metal IN HEADPHONES, I turn my 32 to 1 then 62 to 3, the 125 to 5, then 250 to 3, the 500 to 1 or 0, then keep it around 1 or flat till 8H AND 16H, 1h, 2h are mids, and 4h is a treble mid, then 8h and 16h are treble. IF YOU LISTEN TO METAL(aka august burns red act) It will sound bad due to the 16k and 8k and 4k up like that, if you listen to Hip-hop it is good cause it makes the bass stand out and makes the vocals clearer, and for rock and such its a good one, but it does clip cause of the bass, but if you have good speakers, then it is a good setting, cause without subs built in, the speakers sound like they “clip” but the speakers just cant handle all that bass
